Apple TV Tethered Jailbreak Question

I once read some jailbreak guides and I remember someone mentioning that a tethered or untethered jailbreak makes no difference with apple tvs.

How is that so? Do people just leave the apple tv on and never turn it off? If so, do you have to disable sleep mode, or can you let it sleep and it will still be jailbroken when you wake it?

When the apple tv goes to sleep that is not a problem with a tethered atv as it does not require the atv to reboot.
The problems come with hang-ups or freezes within apps or within plug-ins/ addons. many times if this takes place, you will need to reboot the jailbreak with a computer on a tethered device including the atv

oh thats not too bad, seeing as how I rarely experience any freezes it should be ok
