iPhone "The requested URL was not found on this server."

So after doing a fresh install the other day, I noticed that videos on my camera roll get this error upon playing. Anybody know a fix? Screenshot is below!

Might be sync problem with Photo Stream. Try turning it off in Settings>iCloud, closing all apps and rebooting. After the reboot, turn it back on and see if it continues.
