Little does everyone know… Nokia’s Symbian was eventually ported to x86. This happened around 2010, and what also happened around this time was that the operating system was briefly made open source, with the whole thing making its home on GitHub at around that same time…. And effectively the OS died out along with the organization that tried to close the source again and went under.
