Well kids I just finished a web design for this faux online magazine I'm working on with a friend. Any feedback would be appreciated...

I like it. Looks very nice.

My first impression is that the Velvet Howler is a band. But closer inspection, I realize it's an online magazine devoted to alternative? indie music...?

We write about music we like. I'm a big fan of David Bowie, Bob Dylan, The Velvet Underground, The Stokes, White Stripes, etc, etc... so we'll probably cover a bunch of albums from all of those people and more. We also cover important events in the cities we live in, those being DC and Pittsburgh respectively.
