The Weather channel in news

Hi,

This is weird, but I suddenly encountered a "the weather channel" logo in the news app.. it doesn't do any thing.. I can't tap, long press on it to get it to do anything..

How to bring it up? - Just by tapping on that bar anywhere...

Any thoughts?

Tapping it alternates between weather and the logo.

Try it not in airplane mode?

Tried it.. same thing.. tapping it makes it come and go.. does nothing else...
