Hey, I am thinking about starting to fold. I looked over the FAQ, but I was wondering, what if for some reason I want to stop folding? Do I just simply drag the Folding@home to the trash?

Depending on which method you installed with.
Mostly yes.
But why would you want to stop? It uses idle comp time...

yeah there's no reason not to. it runs in the background if you install it right, and you'll never have to think about it running again-- unless you want to install SETI instead. and this is more important anyway :)
