iPad Third Party Apps in Console Center iOS 13?

Any chance non-Apple apps that users can set in console center could come in iOS13? I ask, because there was speculation before iOS 12 came out that it would be possible in iOS12. Specifically, for me, I like to have super quick access to the calculator - which I have on the iPhone, but not on the iPad, as Apple didn't see fit to make a native calculator app for the iPad. Now, if the come out with a calculator app for iOS 13, fine, but if not, at least let users put other apps in the console center, such as a calculator app from some developers.

Any rumors of such - this site is called "macrumors" after all

I would have wished too, but in iOS 13 unfortunately did not come.
