This Apps not updated to support 64-bit OS

Updated to iOS 10 this morning and have just noticed that when you enter an app that is not optimized for 64-bit devices it sends you a notification that it may affect performance, I'm not sure if this is every non 64 bit app or whether this was here pre iOS 10.

Yeah I had that come up for Apple's Remote app, ironically. Never saw that until iOS 10
