It is a real pic. My only PS skills are in post processing digital images, so graphic artist-types have at it.

i don't know how to use the word bubble things in PSE so i did it in word :eek: ;) :p

It happens to be a real picture. This one is better than the one that the Boston Globe printed. It has to do with demonstrating a clean environmentally friendly alternative fuels.
