Thumbnail images in Video app???

Hello,

I have two iTunes Store bought videos on my iPhone 4 - a TV episode and a movie.

At the weekend the TV episode had a thumbnail image and the movie had chapter thumbnails. Now the thumbnails are gone.

I have noticed this issue before.

Can anyone help?
