Time Capsule issue

Hello, friends. I have a Time Capsule and I was wondering if it's possible to connect it to the network wirelessly and then connect old Macs to the Time Capsule's ethernet ports to connect those Macs to the internet. Or does the Time Capsule need a wired connection to the router in order for its own ethernet ports to work? Thanks.

Try setting the Time Capsule as a repeater.
