Anyone else disappointed that the interval between images is not user adjustable (or at least not that I've found)? If you take a time lapse of a few hours, it's going to take up a ton of storage because it fires so often.

I prefer 3rd party apps that allow more control. The stock time lapse app is just for beginners to play with.

Hyperlapse! (made my instagram people).

You can control the speed of the playback. Wish this was part of the stock app so I could delete Hyperlapse, but I'll hold onto it.

Also, it has really good image stabilization.

^^^ I tried this out. It appears that it merely takes video and then the speed of the playback can be adjusted. Lame. That's not time lapse photography.
