Time Machine does not backup ~ ?

Problem: ~ is excluded from Backups. I cannot remove it (selecting it and hitting the Minus-Symbol does nothing).

Therefore it does not seem to backup my iCloud-Drive (which is in ~/Library/Mobile Documents ...)

*I have noticed this only after updating to Sonoma 14.1.1 (from Ventura)


Tips? Help? (How can I backup my iCloud Drive to Time Machine Drives?)
