I have started using the Work Focus Mode while working and it's really helping me. There's just one problem:

Sometimes I need to set Reminders or Calendar events that are important and need to show up even while the Focus Mode is active.

I realise that I can do that by enabling Time Sensitive Notifications in the Focus Mode settings. But here are the problems with that:

  1. All Reminders Notifications are always "Time Sensitive" and I don't know how to only mark individual items as such.
  2. Calendar events are automatically Time Sensitive or not and I have no idea what the logic is behind that or how to change it.
How can I create either Calendar events or Reminder entries that cut through the Focus Mode while keeping the most hidden?
