Hi.

I am from U.K. and will be going USA this year for holiday and it 8 hours difference. Going there isn’t problem cos time go back 8 hours but problem is coming back U.K. problem cos lose 8 hours means I lose 8 hours stand.
I have perfect record since get this watch and is there way prevent lose 8 hours?

I'm not sure if there is an easy way to not lose the 8 hours, but it still shouldn't be too hard to hit your goal. Just try to get as many of your hours out of the way before you take off or after you land (depending on which 8 hours you lose). You still only need 12 of the remaining 16 hours. Then take a few bathroom breaks over the flight. You only need to stand & move for 20-30 seconds for it to count.

I did the same thing in a trip to China. Getting up a couple of times and walking slowly allowed me to hit my stand goal.

The time required is more like 40 seconds. Make sure your watch hand is moving. When traveling, I set my phone to keep my time zone until I get back, but I also carry a work phone set to local time.
