tip broke inside Apple Pencil

Greetings. I dropped my Apple Pencil and the tip broke off, but the part that screws on is wedged into the cavity of the pencil, meaning I can't just screw in another tip. I've tried to dig it out/unscrew it with a paper clip but no luck. Any other suggestions?

If any of the pastic is sticking out you could try glueing something to it and unscrewing it. Very small so obviously need to be very careful, time for a magnifying glass.
