Big Lots! often has good buys on food but usually they end up with junk as far as electronics or housewares. I found a Toshiba RD-XS34SU in the case. What's more, the thing was priced at $249, which is less than most DVD±R recorders with VCRs. According to what I've seen since then, the price is about $100 off the best prices and half off the suggested retail price. That's pretty incredible considering that it has a 160 GB drive. It also has a tuner, which is something the lowest cost recorders seem to lack but it's not an HD tuner.
