Carrier Transfer video problems

Hi all I’m having trouble transferring some of my videos from my pc to iPhone

through iTunes it says that it was unable to sync so many of them due to not been able to play on this iPhone

but the format is mp4 and it’s transferred some just not on some others

can anyone help as I’m use to android and normally just drag and drop and that’s it lol
