Transferring library information from time machine to mac mini.

Equipment:
mac mini, 2014 - OS Sierra - Time Machine drive

My original mini has been acting up while using Safari and another app, After Effects CS4. Reloading the OS and apps didn't help. I backed up with Time Machine.

I recently bought another mini, 2014 and loaded fresh copies of Sierra and AE, not from Time Machine. Not sure if those apps were somehow corrupted.

Is it possible to copy just the music and photos without copying the apps?

Is it possible to copy the Safari favorites sites without copying the app?

Is it possible to copy mail information without copying the app?
