Trash: The operation can't be completed because the item -Chronik is in use.

Hi,
I have got some trouble with a migrated folder from Windows on Mojave (APFS)
It is named -Chronik and that appears to be problematic.
That folder (and the other folders two levels below) were put into the trash.
I can't empty that trash and keep getting this message.

There is no program using -Chronik at all.
Forcequit lists nothing excepted Finder.

I tried a reboot into safe mode, but found there the trash to be empty.
Rebooted to normal-Mojave I had that problem again.
How can i get rid of that nasty problem?
