Tried to un JB iPod and its stuck on boot logo

I removed all cydia apps then removed cydia and it reset and now it's stuck on the boot logo
If I try to enter DFU it enters for a second then returns to the logo
It's not showing up in any program and I don't know what to do

Put it into DFU mode. You can put it in, you just haven't succeeded in doing so.

Can I use iFunbox to save files to my computer before I restore? I have some important files for cydia apps but I didn't expect this problem to happen

Did you change your hosts file back to itunes?

This is not how you unjailbreak. You unjailbreak by restoring in iTunes. Even removing all jailbreak apps and Cydia doesn't remove the jailbreak.
