I have an ancient Macbook Air with OS X 10.7.5 and Windows 7 and want to increase the bootcamp partition because I'm only running Windows on this machine. I'm aware of the basic steps: In Mac OS, partition the Mac partition to create an additional partition in FAT-format and then reclaim that partition in Windows with Minitool Partition Wizard. However, Mac OS won't let me create that additional partition, gives an error and asks to try another partition size (no partition size works by the way, not even 1 GB).

Can anyone who experienced this issue as well walk me through the necessary steps to increase the bootcamp partition on this system? Appreciate any help!
