Is anyone else having trouble trying to purchase or upgrade their phone through the Apple app or website, with T-Mobile as carrier? I'm getting a cannot connect to carrier message, after inputting the onetime passcode. I tried buying a phone outright, and also tried upgrading another phone on the IUP plan. Both times I get that cannot connect message at the same part of the purchase process....very frustrating...and Apple support hasn't really been helpful.
