True black theme for a Windows internet browser?

Hello, I am looking for a Windows internet browser that has deep black background on web pages. I bought an OLED laptop and blacks are really nice on OLED. I am trying to change laptop appearance to black as much as possible.

I just did it via personalize and pick dark theme, then all programs that use these setting automatically switched including chrome or there are chrome themes

Already did Windows dark theme, had to play with Chrome themes but now MacRumors looks awesome! I got good results with chromium based Microsoft Edge as well.

If the website doesn't offer dark themes, I don't think you're going to be all that successful in viewing all websites with a dark background.

There are 3rd party browser extensions that make such a thing possible. But you will have to edit css yourself, and the results won’t be as great as you are expecting.
