I've been searching for a Twitter thread I saw in early 2022 or so talking about a Google Material icon with visual glitch due to an svg rounding error. They say that it was reported around 2016 and only fixed recently. Then, someone who worked for Jony Ive also chimes in on something about how Jony had always made them use the anchor tool/bezier curves to make continuous surfaces or something.
I remembered this thread was retweeted by someone in the Apple circle which is why I thought I'd ask here first. I wouldn't normally ask for help finding old Twitter threads but this has been in the back of my head for so long. I wouldn't be surprised if this post gets zero attention.
