Trying to instal High Sierra on Macbook 2011, EFI BOOT?

Hi guys, I'm trying to install High Sierra on my 2011 Macbook. I've made a bootable USB drive but when I restart (power + option) I only get a 'EFI Boot' drive as an option. If I click it, it goes into a black screen with code then to the Apple loading screen but it is stuck there.

Ps. Not sure if it has anything to do with it but My Macbook also suffers from the infamous Radeongate issue.
