Found these-

1) On the iPhone, open Settings > Control Center > Customize Controls. Under More Controls, tap the plus sign next to Do Not Disturb While Driving

Do Not Disturb While Driving is NOT on the list.

2) To turn off driving mode, open the Settings app and navigate to the Focus section once again. This time, tap on Driving and then disable the mode by switching the Driving toggle to the off position.

'Driving' does NOT show up on the list.

Comments appreciated.

So I have to 'create' a driving focus, then turn it off. Seems ass backwards but I can try. What is happening now is that my iPhone knows when I am driving and lights up asking me if I want to us driving mode.
