I turned IPL on my iPhone and iPad on. About 24 hrs later I turned it off. All pics were downloaded to both devices.
I picked up an iPad Air 2 yesterday, backed up old iPad Air and then restored new one from that backup. All of the restore has completed except 1304 pics. On my old iPad, before enabling IPL, I had about 20 pics. Why would this happen?
