HomeKit Turning lights off with Shortcuts

HI!
I have run into a problem. In the shorcuts app on my devices, I can turn lights on in a room, but I cannot turn them off.
Basically, I can set a "scene" as a shortcut, but I cannot set to toggle.

Anyone knows what is up?

Think you would probably need to set up 2 scenes with the same set of bulbs.....one scene called (whatever you choose) with ON at the end, and the same scene with OFF at the end.

Would be good if simply pressing the scene name was the toggle for on/off.

Thanks, that does work.
Of course, it does require two shortcuts for one function.
For some reason, some other "scenes" cannot be placed in Shortcuts entirely... another bug that will never get fixed.
