Two AppCleaner.app files?!

Hi all,

So I have AppCleaner installed, has been for a while but today I noticed one [AppCleaner.app](https://AppCleaner.app) on my usr/myname/applications folder instead of the general Applications folder that is Copywritten by Apple?

Any idea why this is in there? The only other application there is Zoom, probably because I installed it for the current user only but the AppCleaner one is bizarre... Never seen that icon as well... I don't really want to open it, haven't installed anything out of the ordinary or anything, am just curious why this is there and what it's tied to.

That is an “app” generated by the Shortcuts app. You have a shortcut in the Shortcuts app with that name.

Based on the icon, it is a Shortcut.

Maybe you have a Shortcut to run App Cleaner, and you added it to the Dock (which you may have later removed). That will create an "app" in ~/Applications.

You can happily delete it if you don't want it.
