Recently Craig Federighi called ‘paranoia‘ people claiming having experiences of apps listening to their mics.
Today, I had this:

And yes, they’re not allowed to access my microphone as you can see it:

The other two apps that had the same behavior were... Guess what? Instagram and Facebook. Never used Uber to call a driver, or to connect audio or anything like that. The same goes for Facebook.
Anyone had the same experience?
