UK 02 the cloud and BT openzone

Anyone used the Wifi service of The cloud or BT openzone with the Ipad 02 deal?

I haven't successfully been able to log in to any of the services yet, and cannot find any information about it.

Is it supposed to be automatic or are you supposed to log in using the details given to o2 at sim registration ?
