Thoughts coming from S3-S7 black, always 42,44,45mm (the larger of the two) watches.

It’s big! It's tall.

The weight feels about the same.

(All my bands were bought with having a black watch in mind so we'll see how this goes!)

Ocean Yellow band looks and feels great. I don't use buckle bands tho so not sure how much I'll use it. I'm in the ocean a bunch and coincidentally been getting my dive gear back in shape. I don't know if I'd actually use this diving but don't want to treat it like it's too fragile.
Braided solo loop feels looser, I would prolly go a size smaller.
Link bracelet feels good no changes.

The crown is "harder" to use, or I'm not used to it yet. It was harder to unlock the watch in sleep focus. But I'm also not as used to how with watchOS 9 you push in the crown instead of turn it to do that.

I don't like the border between screen elements and case.

Excited about the longer battery life!

I like the new braided charging cable.

Kinda weak that the S6-S8/U use the same SoC? Not that it's ever too slow.
