Apple Music Unable to add Album Artwork for some albums in Library on MacOS

Ongoing issue over about two years, and a couple of new OS updates, where on my Mac in Apple Music Library for a bunch of Beatles albums I am unable to get the album artwork showing. No problems on iOS or iPad with the same synced Library. Also no problem on the Mac if the album is just played directly from Apple Music itself, shows artwork as expected, but not from my Library. Have tried adding artwork using downloaded images, getting album artwork by right clicking on albums "Get Album Artwork" as well as Music > File > Library > Get Album Artwork , deleting ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.Music, deleting Music\Music Library.musiclibrary. None of these things have fixed this issue, it just always looks like this. Have reached out to support and they were also not able to fix it. Is this some database that is hidden on the Mac somewhere the somehow became corrupted ?
