iPhone "Unable to check for update" help.

Hey guys. I got my iPhone 11 yesterday and instantly updated it to 13.1

Since yesterday i have being trying to update to 13.1.1 but i get this "Unable to check for update" window which also states than an error has occurred while checking for a software update.

I have restarted the phone and also used different connections but still cant update.

Anyone know a fix?

I don't want to have to reset the phone or any settings because it took me a lot of time to move data and setup the phone.
