Unable to Download Leopard Graphics Update?

so i currently have a blackbook w/ santa rosa (not the very latest). i have the latest version of leopard, but when i try to download the leopard graphics update, it says that it cant be downloaded or something like that? any ideas what is wrong?

Maybe it doesn't let you download it because it has already been installed. Did you get the Software Download to come up and say you have a Software Update? If not, you are probably up to date on your updates.
