Resolved Unable to make Cydia purchase

Is this an iOS 8 issue? Any way around it?

It shouldn't be a prob using iOS 8 to make cydia purchases.

No issue purchasing via PayPal using iOS 8 here.

Perhaps check your PayPal Account to the one associated with Cydia.

I've done that. I've double checked my password. I've removed my cards and re-added with current address. I've transferred money into my paypal account. I continuously get the same error.

It's absolutely asinine that they have only ONE method of purchasing.

Certainly a conundrum !

I agree just having PayPal as a MOP is a restrictive move.

A bit extreme but maybe create a secondary PayPal account and try that if you cannot find a workaround.

Opened a new PayPal account. Tried adding a card on the website; error. Downloaded the app and tried adding my card; error. Tried adding my checking account; "Verification will take 2-3 days. Watch for our deposits."

I think I'm going to resign to the fact that this $1.00 tweak is waaaaaay more trouble than it's worth.

Seems time was the remedy. Waited an hour (from my last attempt) and it went through seamlessly.

Definitely a frustrating 13 hours.
