Do you have a SECOND Mac available?
Have you tried connecting the MacBook to the second Mac using "target disk mode"? (if possible).

Another way:
Do you have a spare external USB hard drive around?
It can be an SSD, or even a platter-based hard drive.

If you do, you could try this:
1. Boot the problem Mac to INTERNET recovery (this is NOT THE SAME as "the recovery partition"):
Command-OPTION-R
at boot.

You'll need your wifi password.
The internet utilities take a while to load, be patient.

When the utilities load, connect the external drive.
Open disk utility.
Go to the view menu and choose "show all devices" (this step is VERY important!)
Now, look at the "list on the left".
Can you see the external USB drive?
If so, click on it and click erase.
Erase it to APFS, GUID partition format.
Then quit disk utility.

Now open the OS installer.
Begin clicking through.
When the installer asks WHERE you want to install (show all disks), "aim it" at the EXTERNAL USB drive.
The MacBook will reboot one or more times, and the screen will go dark for a few minutes at a time with no other evidence of activity. BE PATIENT.

If the install is successful, you should finally see the initial setup screen (choose your language).
Go ahead and create a basic account on the new external boot drive.

DON'T BOTHER with email, iCloud, or anything like that right now.
We just need a "good drive" that can boot the MacBook "to the finder".
Can you get it booted that way?

OK, if you can...
Can you now see the internal drive at all?
On the desktop, perhaps?
Even if it won't boot anymore?

Get back with this info.
