This on an M1 MBA running 14.1.2.
Because of problems with iCloud email I ended up having to wipe the hard drive on this machine, reinstall the OS and migrate my stuff from an M1 iMac on which iCloud email was working fine.
This was a real PITA, but went smoothly until re-adding cards to the Wallet. That also went well, except for the last card; one from Capital One. When trying to re-add this card I'm told that "No verification methods available" and then System Settings becomes non-responsive and has to be force quit to continue.
The very same card is in the Wallet on all my other devices and seems to work fine:
I cannot delete the card from the Wallet on the M1 MBA. Any ideas how I can fix this?
