Unable to send attachments - Time Sensitive

Starting out of the blue yesterday I’m unable to add photos/videos in iMessage. When I sent as SMS the recipient can’t view what I sent.

I attached the error I see (can’t reproduce the one from the Lock Screen else I could tap “Turn Off”.

I deleted all (only had 1 custom) Focus modes and turned off the 1 (DND) we can’t delete; issue persist. Very annoying 😡.

I am on the latest iOS (tried sending from my MacBook, same issue. The recipient sees an empty text bubble.

Do you receive iMessages OK from the recipient?

Problem sending is not Focus related as the ”Time Sensitive” just means what it says, that Messages Notifications are delivered immediately and remain on the Lock Screen.

The particular recipient update the iPhone and all is well again.
