I currently have an unlimited AT&T iPad plan. I noticed it does come with access to a variety of free Wi-Fi hotspots both domestic and international, though I've never used that feature. Has anyone here and what is special about these? How does one go about logging into one to verify they have this data plan if it's paid? For reference: http://www.att.com/maps/wifi.html

Also, I am wondering if anyone has roaming turned on, on their plan, and if that is a thing with this plan (us/domestic roaming). I can't seem to find an answer anywhere to this, so I've kept roaming off. I've googled extensively and my skills are just not up to par or the information is not out there/super obvious and I'm being a n00b. Thanks :)
