Basically what the title says, I need to unlock my 5s from AT&T, but my phone is still under contract with them. Are there any reliable services that allow me to unlock an under contract iPhone? I have seen services that unlock blacklisted IMEIs and such, but it seems that once they are unlocked you can only use them outside of the US.

You can try submitting an unlock with AT&T.

If that doesn't work and they deny you I believe the currenty rate for an imei AT&T unlock is about $20.
Look for swiftunlocks.
