I have to upgrade to OS 10.10 and more. I have been running 10.9.5 forever because I have the very last ADOBE suite software package CS6 ALL of them! The costliest one After effects CS6 I thought would not run on 10.10 but it will run upto 10.10.1. THAT'S great BUT I can not find and apple says it does not have 10.10 any longer All of the updates 10.10.1 to 10.10.5 require 10.10!

If all you do is upgrade your present system, you can easily go to 10.11.6 (El Capitan), and pretty sure that I have seen that your already-installed CS6 should continue to work fine.

You'll need to either find someone that's previously downloaded Yosemite and has it in their App Store purchase history, and then make a USB installer, or move to El Capitan as the other poster suggested.

Well the reason I cant not or do not wish to go above 10.10 is that most f my ADOBE CREATIVE SUITE will not work on anything above OS 10.10

I thought I would update this thread.... APPLE has informed me that the ONLY Currently available MAC OS upgrade is to OS 10.13 or High Sierra for my MacPro5,1... I am currently looking into any issues I might have with running my adobe suite CS6 Specifically After effects CS 6 version 11.0.4

Yosemite USB installers are for sale on eBay.

The reason for going to 10.10 and NOT 10.11 is that some of my Adobe suit CS6 Software will don't work on and past 10.11 specifically After effects CS6.

NOW at the risk of jinking myself I found a MAC OS 10.10 Install disk on EBAY! its on the way
