Update connected to power message on M2 MBA

I've looked on Google/search and haven't found any recent solutions. Since I've had my M2 MBA, it's had this notification almost every day that says the update requires power. However, I have no pending system update, and I've seen the notification when I have well over 50% power. I pretty much only charge about once a week.

Is there any way to get rid of the notification? MBA is on the latest macOS Sonoma.
