My old imac which still works fine and is fast enough what I need has been in storage. I've just got it out and started to use it and everything is obviously out of date. When i try to update anything it only gives me the option for the very latest version, none of the intermediate apps or OS's that have come out since it was last used.

Is there any way for me to update to the newest OS it will support (not the latest) or the latest version of apps my mac will support (I'm only really interested in garageband which is about version 6).

Thanks
