I am responsible for some Macs at our office. These things are getting old now. Since the pandemic, I have paid less attention to our Macs. Regarding our MacBook Pro 13" 2013, I received this message remotely from one of our team. "Apple Support help was able to get the OS (High Sierra) installed, and my backup drive uploaded successfully. However, Safari, iTunes, and a few other apps do not work because the version of the installed OS is not compatible". Is there anything that can make the import of iTunes data work with Apple Music? I know related to Safari, there must be a new compatible browser (correct)? Thanks for any help.
