Upgrade Imac

I want to upgrade my iMac's GPU, but I have many questions. This is my iMac specs

Please answer all of these questions:

What GPU would you recommend me to upgrade to that is supported?

If the boot screen goes away if I use the new gpu, how can I boot camp to windows?

how can I install the GPU?

The GPU might be too big for my 21.5-inch iMac. How can I fix that?

Please respond to all these questions.

And a 27" model at that with USB3 or USBC-1 and an SSD.
