Good morning! I have an iPhone 4s with ios5 jb and i just want to upgrade to ios7. Now that apple doesn't sign it any more is there any way i can do that? Or is it possible to restore again to ios 5? I have some problems and i think they will be solved with a clean ios but i don't want ios 8 because of slow issues

Can't be done. You can stay where you are or go to a version that is being signed by Apple, which is usually just the very latest version that the device supports (in case of iPhone 4S it would be 8.2), unless it was just recently released and perhaps the very previous version might still be signed (in case of iPhone 4S that would be 8.1.3).

I think there are some ways to try to clean out and sort of restore/reset the version that you have when you are jailbroken, but you'd probably want to check the jailbreak forum for that.
