I have an ipad pro 11" running 13 now.

One of the apps I need to use is broken because the developers made a new requirement - their app requires at least 14 to run! Why do develops do this? It is so frustrating! I wish they would at least leave one option open for people who are using an older os version.

So far as I know there is no jailbreak tweak to get around this when developers do it?

I do not want to upgrade to 15 because I don't want to lose my ability to jailbreak.

Is there a way to upgrade my ipad to ios 14? and if so, what are the steps to do this?

also, assuming this is possible, will I be able to keep my data or will it wipe my ipad?

Thanks for your help.
