General Upgrading to an older version of iOS 7

Hey guys,

Firstly, I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere else - I've searched Google to no avail so here I am.

I have a jailbroken iPad Mini 1G running 6.1 that I would like to upgrade to iOS 7 with. However, I want to re-jailbreak. So 7.1.1 is not an option. I'm wondering if I can download a 7.0.6 ipsw and upgrade to that, or will it cause problems? I know you can't downgrade with ipsw's, but "upgrading" with them is something that I can't find much info on!

Impossible. Apple is only signing the latest version of iOS which is 7.1.1
